Mount Whitney
DESCRIPTION
All mountains are made by our family. Your choice of either a maple or walnut block is machined on our CNC router. It is then hand sanded and finished with a natural sealer. Each mountain measures 3" x 3". You can also add a hook to your mountain so it can be displayed as an ornament. We do our best to use only natural and renewable products in our production and packaging.
Mount Whitney is the tallest mountain in the contiguous United States, standing at an elevation of 14,505 feet in the Sierra Nevada range of California. The mountain is a popular destination for hikers and climbers, offering stunning views and challenging terrain. The Whitney Portal Trailhead is the most common starting point for hikers, and the trail to the summit is about 22 miles (35 km) round-trip with an elevation gain of over 6,100 feet. Along the way, hikers can enjoy alpine lakes, waterfalls, and a diverse range of flora and fauna.
